You are only not responsible for what you say, but also for what you do not say when it is your duty to say somethingMartin Luther.

In my introduction to this blog, I talked about my transition from being a biochemist to environmental communicator and then Sustainabilitist.   I was trying to figure out why humanity was behaving so insanely to the natural world, let alone the rest of humanity.  One of the topics I learned was Mass Formation Psychosis – the idea that large groups of society can behave as though they were conditioned and hypnotized to believe and do stupid things.  It has been a topic studied for over 200 years, but recently Robert Malone (developer of the mRNA gene therapy technology) talked about it in an interview.  Suddenly the whole idea is now being actively debunked by social media like google, etc., and even the scientific community itself.  There is now a massive effort to erase this whole concept that has long been used to explain mass psychosis events like Nazism, Stalinism, and other psychotic mass movements where people group together to do strange things to other people (The Salem witch hunts of 1692 are another example).

Whatever vestiges of respect and trust I might have had for the Mainstream Media (MSM) have all but disappeared.  Even Fear Psychology Professor Matthias Desmet (Prof Clinical Psychosis, Ghent Univ Belgium) is coming under attack because the hierarchy do not like the suggestion that people have been driven into a mass psychosis by the Covid narrative. People do not want to believe that they are being hypnotized by a propaganda narrative because they inherently trust the public health policy wonks and the chosen high priest-like technocrats to safeguard them in a crisis.  We need to be able to step back and stop identifying with our beliefs in order to see the big picture.  We now see a massive buy-in by true believers to a narrative that prevents people from admitting they bought into a lemon of an idea.  People do not want to be told they are wrong, or that if they do come out with conflicting information that they will be attacked for merely discussing an idea. We need safe spaces to have discussions.  While a large group are fearful true believers of the Covid narrative, another large group has lost all trust about the official narrative – taking the red-pill (The Matrix metaphor). Once you can see the lies being propagated, the cognitive dissonance can be uncomfortable, but highly rewarding as a sense of personal sovereignty occurs.

The lockdowns meant to somehow safeguard us are a result of decades of conditioning to stop critical thinking and create unquestioning trust in hierarchical tactics – a Big Brother conditioning.  Joost Meerloo wrote about this in his book – The Rape of the Mind (Menticidal Assault).  When isolated, individuals become more susceptible to delusions and lose connection to the personal corrective force of positive examples and this drives growing anxiety.  By submitting to a hierarchical solution, the individual restores some semblance of normality to their minds, even if the conditions of this new normality would have been ridiculous before.  Being glued to the propaganda from the MSM and refusing to look outside that narrative merely reinforces the narrative further by providing confirmation bias for one’s increasingly inflexible beliefs.

The good news is that I see cracks in the global narrative with more and more people seeing the preposterous policies still being enforced.  Sadly, the trust in our hierarchies will never come back, so this may be the driving force behind a new movement towards how we live together and govern ourselves.  As Jung said, bringing sanity back to an insane situation requires individuals to first bring order to their own minds to break out of the mass psychosis.  Then the creation of parallel structures – localized governance and how we organize ourselves as communities.  This will stop our reliance on a large hierarchical system.  Politics by definition attracts narcissistic and authoritarian people who are convinced they know better, which sadly causes them to push their delusions of greatest good and addiction for power. It is difficult for these kinds of people to retain power locally since the community without the mask of the MSM easily sees the narcissism occurring.

The old social contracts have been broken, those who have awakened to the realization that that hierarchy have pushed too far have lost trust and cannot go back to the previous normal before Covid.  True believers are willing to accept vast new social restrictions in order to try and relive the old normal, which was taking us down the road to perdition.

Hyper-conformity and blind obedience are the goals of propaganda masters.  Pathological conformity over many decades of conditioning – the need for social acceptance (virtue signaling spurred on faster by social media, e.g., the need for Facebook Likes).  Failure to differentiate between legality and morality generates complaint believers.  Nonconformists challenge social conformity and thereby social acceptance of more restrictions to personal sovereignty.  Alas, this also causes increased punishments for the non-complaint with increased vilification and irrational justifications for believers to dehumanize non-conformists.  Moral courage is needed to stand up for one’s convictions.  Do you let someone else make your decisions for you or do you make them for yourself?

Regulations and laws serve a purpose, they protect our rights and we expect our leaders to follow those social contract expectations.  But, what protects us from injustices pushed on us by uncaring people?  Or, alternatively, misguided people who want to protect us so much that the very concept of safety is taken to its extreme action – an attempt to create a zero-risk society where the common good is used to justify reduced freedoms and increased restrictions.  In the USA it is noticeable how litigious the legal system has become.  Have you ever noticed the indemnity clauses on everything from equipment to hiking on a park trail?  When do we take responsibility for our own actions?   When did we lose the ability to speak up and debate injustices?  Each of you is obliged to speak up when you witness an injustice.  All of you.  Don’t ever stay quiet!  You know, when we don’t stand up for our rights and freedoms, dignity is lost, and dignity, like integrity, can’t be negotiated.  Social contracts are implicit agreements to moral frames of conduct that govern our behaviors.  But can we have a social contract where one side keeps changing the frame thereby leaving us confused and conflicted?

Collaboration means negotiation, but doesn’t mean backing down from what you know is right, to oppose what you know is wrong.  “The welfare of the people has always been the alibi of tyrants”, Albert Camus.  Kirkpatrick Sale said, “Time after time, civilizations begin to decline after they are unified and centralized under a single large-scale government.” Years of indoctrination and propaganda create non-critical thinking followers.  Centralized Governments can be thought of as parasites that eventually destroy their host said philosopher Auberon Herbert.   “None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free,” Goethe.  If we desire to create a sustainable world, we have to break away from the insanity of hyper-consumerism run by corporations and their puppets fixated on profit only economics.

Social contracts and Trust are more easily reviewed and socially enforced at local levels.  But as we reach a global and centralized system who enforces the contract for the elites who act as if they are exempt from the contracts?  We rely on trust to keep social contracts workable, but when trust is lost, we find more and more nefarious propaganda being used to keep the majority in line with political expectations of the elites instead of the people for whom they are supposed to work.  I have many friends and relatives with lots of qualifications who are sadly unwilling to look behind the curtain, instead continuing to not ask questions or even be willing to consider any alternative perspective to the mainstream one.  They claim to be critical thinkers but refuse to look at any information outside their narrow frames of reference.  This was somewhat true before Covid but in the last two years they have become true believers of the mainstream narratives. Indeed, at best they seem quite apathetic to any alternative perspectives, and in some cases I am shocked to see aggressive responses to anything that disturbs their belief structures.

More and more I see things like the Georgia Guidestones as a marker that the world the elites seem to be moving us towards (see my earlier post Signpost to a Sustainable Future, or … a Subversive Con?  The Georgia Guidestones! {June 2018}).  To suggest any hidden agendas is to be labeled a conspiracy theorist, but to be willing to see the clear things going on is more conspiracy analysis.  What is even more staggering is that the globalist agenda isn’t even a conspiracy, nothing is hidden, it is only hidden is plain sight through social manipulation – Orwellian doublespeak (Newspeak and doublethink).

The object of life is not to be on the side of the majority, but to escape finding oneself in the ranks of the insane” Marcus Aurelius.
