The most prominent instrument at HAARP is the Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI), a high-power radio frequency transmitter facility operating in the high frequency (HF) band. The IRI is used to temporarily excite a limited area of the ionosphere. Sounds Innocuous doesn’t it? According to the Patents associated with HAARP, the military experiments say it can manipulate global weather, hurt ecosystems, knock out electronic communications, and change the moods and mental states of people. Bothered yet by this non-conventional energy technology that few know anything about? Oddly, much of the theory base for this concept is based on Nikola Tesla’s notes! (as a side note, Tesla was ruined by his once supportive sponsor Rothchild, and after Tesla’s death, his full set of notes, including non-published materials, were spirited away by the FBI.) What is amazing is that all of this ‘secret work’ is actually in the open if one cares to take the time to explore it. One Dr. Bernard Eastlund has submitted several patents for using this technology. For instance, one such patent from 1987 reads, “A method and apparatus for altering a region of the Earth’s atmosphere, ionosphere and magnetosphere.” The military (U.S. DOD) have built a super powerful ionospheric heater (1-3 million electron volts) in Alaska and also in Puerto Rico (HAARPs). The Russians apparently have three of these units within the Black Sea to the western Himalaya region, and the Europeans have two in Norway and Finland – notably all in very remote and isolated locations. The news for sustainability is that all these experiments are being done with no forethought of the consequences.
Much of this technology research comes under the umbrella of Reagan’s ‘Star Wars’ initiatives – supposedly discontinued but quietly funded with black operations budgets and innocuous sounding military projects . Just as solar flares and massive sunspots can disrupt communications, the HAARP system apparently uses the same mechanism, just with mega energy bursts into the ionosphere. Eastlund is even quoted as saying during an Omni magazine interview, “The technology is able to reroute the high-altitude jet stream, which is a major player in shaping global weather.” Of course, it was framed as being of help to save drought laden regions of the planet and control massive water systems (hurricanes/cylcones and tropical storms) to prevent damage. The heating capability of HAARP could control wind patterns in a specific location. To give you an idea of what happens in the ionosphere, when we have a high activity of solar activity, the high energy stream from the sun excites the electrojet in the ionosphere and we get the Aurora and Australis Borealis effects towards the poles. The magnetosphere flows as a direct current into the polar regions – HAARP could easily disrupt that – the consequences? Worldwide, there are probably less than 20 people who research in ionic heating, and they all work for the military. When one thinks about the ionosphere and the Van Allen belts, it seems irresponsible for secret military testing to be manipulating planetary processes in these regions when the outcomes are relatively unknown. This is not unusual for scientists to be playing at God – consider GMOs and many other aspects of the arrogance of scientists to deny potential side-effects of policies based on the belief that no harm can occur, even though the complete understanding of the system being manipulated is questioned by others who are not as convinced of no harm. The words from the Bhagavad-Gita used by J. Robert Oppenheimer after the first atomic explosion are as chilling today as they were back in July of 1945: “Now I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds.” We are like children that have never seen fire playing with matches. Lest you think I am being overly neurotic, note that the ionosphere is an essential component to life on this planet – it protects us from a continuous bombardment of high-energy articles reaching the Earth’s Surface. If the ionosphere is disturbed, it in turn disturbs the atmosphere within it and below it.
Several scientists have voiced concerns (I.e. Elizabeth Rauscher, William Van Bise, Paul Schaefer ….) about meddling in planetary process where electromagnetic radiation occurs – Earth’s mechanical rotation, volcanic and earthquake action, and solar wind phenomena. There is ample evidence that shows how local weather can be manipulated using electrostatic waves. Tesla made such claims as far back as the 1920s. In 1993, MIT’s Reginald Newell discovered that there were immense rivers of moisture in the atmosphere that move vast amounts of water vapor (like rivers in the sky) from the equatorial regions to the poles. There are six in the northern latitudes and five on the southern. While mainstream sources are slim, there is evidence that focused HAARP interactions have the ability to deflect these ‘sky rivers’ to create deluges in some regions and droughts in another relatively close by. Recent rain and drought in Bangladesh seem suspiciously like this? The HAARP apparently can irradiate the ionosphere at 1 watt per cubic centimeter, which is about a million times more than any current known technology. So we are talking about a technology that can have affects over a wide area with multiple widespread effects.
In 1958, Patrick Flanagan created the Neurophone – a simple mind control device. It has been developed over the decades into the modern 3-D Holographic Sound Systems. The use of sound harmonics to modify brain harmonics is so common (just YouTube brain wave relaxation tapes) we forget that brain entrainment potential by unscrupulous and dark government sources leaves a lot of room for human rights discussion! In 1976, Ham Radio operators began picking up extremely Low frequency pulses in the 10 Hertz range – a frequency that just happens to match the activity of neurons in the human brain. Initially people had no notion of what this meant. How do we know that this potential for control and manipulation exists? The CIA are involved in the research for one! As I have said in previous posts about EMFs, we are being bombarded by EMFs that are affecting us in multiple ways all the time. The potential of EMFs generated by HAARP faculties should not be dismissed. The Cabal want to keep us fixed in a permanent mode of fear and anxiety, and any technology that can help them do this needs to be understood by the public and not hidden away under the guise of simple auroral research.
What we need to do is demand transparency and not be fobbed off as simple minded conspiracists. The research is out there – not in the mainstream but there are numerous sources that are credible that tell the story of HAARP. Many of these technologies require specialists to work with them, but other specialists in the field are more than capable in understanding the science being used. What we need are more generalists who can understand the big-picture and be willing to speak up about the hazards and consequences of hidden research. Tesla technology was way ahead of its time. When Tesla wanted to give his ideas for the benefit of humanity, his Rothchild investor pulled his finding and ruined Tesla. The Tesla technology has been around for over a century but little has been released into society. Black budget and military operators want to use it for control and manipulation.
